As a
Team Assistant - Scheduler, you will provide support to managers and teams by coordinating, preparing and posting of all Client Services staff schedules.
As a valued team member, your mission will be to help our patients be healthier at home, while you benefit from our supports for professional growth, personal wellness and work-life balance.
- Disseminate sick line information to managers
- Ensure adequate daily coverage in consultation with managers, including overtime provisions
- Maintain time records in accordance with company requirements
- Support managers and teams to identify unfilled shifts
- Support arranging the overtime process centrally where appropriate and required as approved
- Postsecondary diploma or degree in the health or social services field, or equivalent experience (minimum)
- 2 years' related office experience
- Exceptional client service/interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a small closely
- Demonstrated reliability, adaptability, flexibility and accountability
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and meet deadlines
- Advanced multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fastpaced, detailedoriented environment, including take direction when appropriate and handle concurrent tasks while maintaining a positive attitude in stressful situations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- We have a mandatory COVID19 vaccination policy. As a condition of employment, all employees are required to submit proof of COVID19 vaccination status prior to start date.
- A college diploma in the health or social services field, or business/office administration
- Scheduling and scheduling software (Quadrant) experience
- Experience working in a unionized environment
