- Lead ongoing profitable growth in North America by development and implementation of key Infrastructure, product and sales strategies Grow Infrastructure Sales with current and expanding product portfolio Service customers primarily in Northeast Canada and U.S. Service customers outside of primary region as needed to support key customers Provide timely updates on sales prospects and market activity Operating Environment:
- This role is responsible for overall strategic direction of the North America business whist ensuring appropriate returns from key products and services in growth segments, mainly hard rock, mining and tunneling Furthermore, this role provides leadership to multiple geographical regions, channel and distribution partners and alliances as they pertain to non-coal revenue and growth.
- This role reports to the General Manager of Infrastructure for North America and forms integral part of the Infrastructure Team.
- This role interacts strongly with various global market and product manager
- Development strategic planning capability Sound knowledge of marketing strategies, competitive placement, and brand presentation Effective communication abilities across all levels of the organization Strong financial and commercial acumen Commercial experience in similar business function
- Business, Marketing, Science, Engineering, or similar Degree 10-20 years relevant industrial and commercial experience
