    Description

    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks and assist with various projects. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

    Responsibilities:
    - Answer and screen phone calls with excellent phone etiquette
    - Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages
    - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
    - Assist with document management, including scanning, filing, and organizing
    - Utilize phone systems and other office equipment effectively
    - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
    - Prepare meeting materials and take minutes during meetings
    - Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
    - Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, copying, and faxing
    - Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
    - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

    Experience:
    - Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role preferred
    - Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    - Familiarity with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms
    - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    - Excellent typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
    - Knowledge of front desk operations and customer service principles
