- Prepare technical designs and tech packs of garments using Illustrator. Update them with changes.
- Working closely with Design, Sales, Merchandising and Production teams.
- Measure garments (specifically Ladies Bras, Panties and Shapewear) and correct fit issues
- Communicate changes to the overseas makers
- Maintain accurate product size and fit specifications in the finished garment
- Follow up and proceed with any changes related to Fit & Spec in the tech packs
- Research for new seasonal trends
- Experience in fits, preferably bras and / or bathing suits
- Knowledge of Illustrator, Excel, Pad and garment construction
- Experience in communicating with vendors
- Strong ability to meet deadlines and strong follow up skills
