Overview:

As an AI Strategy Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business consulting firm's expansion into artificial intelligence strategy services.

You will work closely with our clients to assess their AI readiness, develop comprehensive AI strategies, and oversee the implementation of AI solutions to drive business growth.

This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, market trends, and business processes, as well as exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Opportunity Assessment: Conduct market analysis and AI readiness audits for clients to identify opportunities for AI adoption and integration.

Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to define objectives for AI implementation, identify high-impact use cases, and select appropriate AI technologies.

Data Strategy: Advise clients on data governance, management, and infrastructure necessary to power AI initiatives.

Talent and Culture: Assess talent gaps, recommend training programs, and guide clients in fostering an AI-ready culture.

Implementation Roadmap: Develop and oversee the execution of a detailed implementation roadmap for AI solutions, including pilot projects.

Ethics and Compliance: Ensure ethical AI use and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure AI initiatives' impact and guide continuous improvement efforts.

Thought Leadership: Contribute to the firm's thought leadership through workshops, seminars, and publications on AI strategy and implementation.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proven experience in AI strategy development, data management, and business consulting.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, market trends, and regulatory landscape.
• Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and client engagement abilities.
• Ability to navigate complex business environments and drive change management processes.
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest AI advancements and ethical considerations.

Pay:
$120,000.00-$220,000.00 per year
