is currently one of the top Nail & Beauty Suppliers serving both wholesale and retail customers throughout the Great Toronto Area and beyond since 2006 in Canada.
Our store is located on a busy retail strip called Orfus Road near Yorkdale Mall.Since opening our doors, we have helped many new salon owners set up a shop with products at very competitive pricing while continuing to help our existing salon clients grow their business.
Excellent customer service, competitive pricing and having a wide range of products available are what we are known for.Responsibilities:
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments of products
- Prepare shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms
- Ensure compliance with import and export regulations and requirements
- Communicate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to arrange transportation and clearance of goods
- Track shipments and provide updates to customers as needed
- Resolve any issues or delays related to shipments
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking numbers, delivery confirmations, and customs documentation
- Monitor shipping costs and identify opportunities for cost savings
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in shipping, logistics, or related field
- Strong understanding of import and export processes and regulations
- Proficiency in shipping software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
Salary:
$17.00-$22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
