TableSpace is a coworking space for entrepreneurs, small businesses and professionals who are seeking out a space to reach their goals and connect with like-minded individuals.

The space is intentionally designed with creators and entrepreneurs in mind, as a home away from home, and a community hub in Osborne Village.


Members can bring their computer or a notebook to get some work done and we provide the rest Coffee, wifi, meeting rooms, printing, soft seating corners and comfortable work stations, all in one space.

We also have a kitchen area and host community events, or book our space for events outside of business hours


This is a space where members can feel safe, supported and motivated to take that first or next step, at a price point that is comfortable for various levels of entrepreneurs.


Job description
Community management

  • Oversee the management of all incoming membership, office and event inquires
  • Oversee and assist in conduct prospective member tours and give them a taste of what the community has to offer
  • Conduct orientations for new members and start them on their journey in the community
  • Be a connector and community resource by serving as the main point of contact for guests and members and guaranteeing that each interaction is a positive, engaging experience
  • Collect and analyze community feedback and work closely with your team to implement changes
  • Ensure the efficiency and good working condition of the space and it's equipment, while keeping the coffee flowing
  • Help members stay productive, whether it's setting up to present, getting them the right cords for their computers, or even helping when the printer jams
Business development

  • With the owners, be responsible for setting and achieving sales objectives, occupancy rates and pricing
  • Oversee the task team workflow and productivity, setting schedules and goals for team members who assist members and client with administrative tasks in their businesses.
  • Reach out to new prospective task team clients for virtual assistant client expansion.
  • Engage with the local community by attending relevant events they are hosting
Facilities and space management

  • Manage all building operations to the satisfaction of members
  • Maximize uptime and availability of key facilities assets like the Wifi network, kitchen, printers/copiers
  • Keep members aware of facilities issues that may impact them
  • Make recommendations to the owners about new features or perks that will entice members
  • Ensure cleaning is conducted to spec
  • Maintain communication a positive relationship with key vendors
  • Keep organized history of outgoing and incoming invoices, and make basic entries to track spending month to month.
Experience and Requirements

  • 13 years experience with increasing responsibility in either a sales, administration or customer service role
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks an asset
  • Passion for Winnipeg and our entrepreneurial community
  • Interest in working independently with only occasional interactions with the owners
  • A high level ethics, empathy and dependability
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
$52,217.00-$55,696.00 per year
