    As Director Financial Projects , you will play an active role in the company's operations by fulfilling the following tasks and responsibilities:
    Support and follow up with Partners on numerous projects and other tasks as required.
    Manage the company's entire accounting cycle, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and best practices.
    Analyze project profitability while highlighting potential risks and opportunities.
    Identify accounting and financial risks proactively, while proposing timely and innovative solutions.
    Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
    Manage and ensure compliance with tax reporting and filing requirements with local, state, and federal authorities in Canada.
    Provide support in the use/reliability of business management and reporting tools.
    Bachelor's degree in accounting
    Hold a recognized accounting designation (asset)
    Minimum 10 years experience, including 6 years experience in operational management control
    Excellent knowledge of IT tools (Pack Office, multidimensional databases, data visualization, Workday, etc.).

    Ability to move from concept to operational implementation
    At ease handling and managing performance and profitability indicators
