As a Store Manager you will drive the growth and strategic initiatives as well as maximizing the sales efficiency and revenue potential of Sales Associates Motivate and provide clear direction priorities and communication to the team so that goals and objectives are achieved Be responsible for the P&L performance monitoring and assessing inventory levels Enhance the customer experience through building relationships and connecting them to our brand and brand values Addressing any escalated customer inquiries Manage coach train and develop the sales team foster an environment of inspiration empowerment Maintain staffing schedules being responsive to any changes in business or traffic trends Ensure store standards are met ie health safety product presentation replenishment store housekeeping Provide best-in-class customer experience helping customers with their inquiriesBenefits
