    Job Title: Aquatic Facility Manager


    Aquatics Supervisor is a leadership role responsible for the safe operation of aquatic facilities within our waterpark. This position involves day-to-day management, ensuring compliance with provincial regulatory standards and industry guidelines.


    The Aquatics Supervisor oversees lifeguard supervision, scheduling, staff training and development, operational readiness and emergency response. They act as first point of contact during guest incidents or ride downtime situations requiring calm decision-making and effective communication.



    • Ensure all lifeguards are properly trained and equipped to respond in emergency situations. 

    • Maintain accurate documentation including inspections, maintenance records and incident reports. 

    • Manage ride closures from both safety and guest service perspectives, ensuring timely communication with guests.
      ​

    • Create weekly schedules,
      daily deployment plans,
      u2019 assist personnel in maintaining performance coverage,
      u2019 oversee uniform grooming standards,
      conduct safety drills,
      develop ongoing skill evaluation programs,
