Description

Looking for a talented floral designer to join our team for an upcoming event

Requirements:

Experience in creating floral arrangements for events such as weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions
Knowledge of various flowers, foliage, and design techniques
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and creative flair
Ability to follow guidance via design or the floral lead
Ability to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift 40lbs
Must be able to work on weekends

Responsibilities:

Design and create stunning floral arrangements for events
Basic prepping and conditional flowers
Loading and unloading floral on to the truck
Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences and vision
Manage inventory and ensure all materials are ordered and delivered on time
Set up and tear down floral arrangements at the event site
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the floral design area
