Landtran Systems inc is a division of Continental Cartage inc - we are currently looking for a Full Time Recruitment Assistant for our Acheson, AB office located out side of Spruce Grove AB.

The position is a perfect opportunity to learn and grow as a Recruiter with your own vehicle to get to our office

You will be responsible for assisting with the administration and any other duties assigned by the Recruitment Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist and attend Job Fairs with recruiting and company recognition
Developing working relationships within the industry to create contacts
Assist at time with Onboarding and other Administrative duties
Being creative in recruiting initiatives
Research job boards and social media for the right fit
Attend recruitment meetings at times daily
Refreshing and revising job ads on numerous Job Boards
All other duties assigned by the Recruit Manager

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of Administration
Recruitment is an asset
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office with job boards and social media sites
Positive phone manner
