    Terms of Employment: 1.0 FTE (35 hours weekly)

    Salary range: $256,686 - $293,877 per year (based on experience, including benefits and HOOPP)

    Position Overview

    Under the strategic direction of the Manager, Health Services, the Primary Care Physician (Physician) functions interdependently with staff to provide shared, client-centered care that emphasizes health promotion, disease prevention and client education. The primary care physician collaborates with the primary care team, which consists of other physicians, nurse practitioners, allied health teams, community services, and agencies, to provide primary health care for our clients. The Primary Care Physician practices according to the Standards of Practice of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) and to guidelines and policies established at Vibrant Healthcare Alliance. The physician provides primary health care to clients at all stages of their lives.
