Data Entry Accounting Clerk - Ottawa, Canada - Tech4Soft Consulting
Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
- Assist with audits and other financial investigations.
- Process payroll and tax documents.
- Must clearly demonstrate minimum 1 year of experience in analyzing information/issues and providing advice/recommendations to clients on policies, procedures or best practices.
- 1 year minimum of Experience in the use of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Data entry such as creating list of deliverables, communicating with parties involved in procurement of the equipment, filing, and recording all related data in appropriate folders.
- Assisting LCMMs in coordination and preparation of all aspects of financial and budget administration required for procurements.
Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

- Monday to Friday

- Ottawa, ON K1V 1C1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (required)
Experience:
- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Government of Canada's valid secret clerance (required)
Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Ottawa, ON K1V 1C1
