Duties/Responsibilities:

- Support the Project Manager in identifying project stakeholders and establishing their roles, as well as their characteristics
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather user requirements and work with project team to prioritize collected requirements
- Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards
- Develop and use standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications
- Create Use Cases, specifications and diagrams to provide direction to development and test team members
- Develop and conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted
- Assist project team in the creation of Acceptance Tests
- Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary
- Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements
- Adhere to defined organizational processes and recommend improvements
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Profound knowledge about cash processing equipment and cash processing SW solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a project team
- Strong analytical, problemsolving skills, ability for multitasking
- Detailoriented, strong organizational skills and persistent in execution and followup of tasks
- Strong IT background (Operating systems, Databases, Networks, Server HW)
- Excellent ability to communicate and work effectively with other team members in a multicultural and international environment
- Experience working in Cash In Transit and/or cash processing operations a plus

Required Education and Experience:
- 3-4 years' of work related experience
- CBAP certification or similar is preferred
