Job Description:


  • Responsibilities
  • Communicate and track the corporate compliance training program
  • Coordinate annual compliancerelated policy and program updates
  • Prepare the consolidated annual Anti-Bribery and Corruption risk assessment
  • Prepare quarterly Anti-Bribery and Corruption tracking and reporting
  • Assist with searches for portfolio management due diligence including using Dow Jones and Lexis Nexis
  • Assist with compliancerelated queries from stakeholders across the business
  • Assist in the review and tracking of internal audit findings
  • Prepare Know-YourClient forms for investment/divestment due diligence and other stakeholder requests
  • Assist risk management team with tracking of various initiatives
  • Coordinate external vendor relationships
  • Requirements
  • A minimum of 2+ years of work experience in a professional services environment
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Detailoriented and able to stay on top of deadlines
  • Must be able to multitask and work in a very fastpaced environment
  • Extremely organized with the ability to anticipate requests and be proactive
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Work effectively without supervision
  • University or college degree is an asset but not required
