Responsibilities:_

  • Have the passion to work in the pet industry.
  • Identifies advantages and compares the company's products.
  • Researches sources for developing prospective customers to determine their potential and promote our product line to pet salons, and pet grooming academies globally.
  • Conducts followup of leads and customer retention/service calls through means of telephone and online contact to identify customer needs.
  • Develops customized solutions based on customer needs.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:_

  • Degree/Diploma in Business Admin, Sales or Marketing
  • Proficiency in using web bases CRM tools and familiar with Shopify.
  • Known well about social media (Facebook,Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
  • Passionate, determined, and professional
  • Well organized with superior time management skills; extremely high attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral; superior listening skills.
  • Consumer goods experience considered an asset
  • Remote work
  • At least 1year sales experience

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Casual


Salary:
$18.00-$21.00 per hour
