We are looking for a resourceful IT Deskside Professional to join us as Business Systems Analyst to support the Property Management Team manage its IT Infrastructure effectively and efficiently.

The role is critical and will involve supporting End-User IT requirements and providing daily support for YARDI, property management tool as well as reporting, information management, risk management, change management & effective knowledge management required from time-to-time.

This is a remote based which requires someone to be self motivated, work independently and be flexible as you may need to work across various time zones.

Frontline team member to support end users with Yardi system as well as handle both hardware and software queries and technical issues for the property management team
Prepare and maintain user manuals for Yardi users and guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions and periodic training as required
Evaluate current Yardi environment and recommend improvements and enhancements
Lead the planning and implementation of Yardi platform improvement projects
Guide the plug-in/hotfix process including writing test scripts, oversee testing and post-update evaluation
Troubleshoot Yardi issues brought forward by end users and develop solutions
Stay current on new offering from Yardi and evaluate for usefulness in our environment
Analyse Yardi's ability to perform ongoing client reporting requirements as a solution
Prepare and manage deployment of laptops and phones as needed
Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking
Work and learn in a cutting-edge technical environment and be the Yardi SME for integration with other software
Collaboration with large Infrastructure support team to execute/implement companywide project plans
Partner with the Infrastructure teams on special projects.
Collaborate with company central Infrastructure Support team.
Co-ordination and troubleshooting with support vendors for Server and network
Assistance in Onboarding/Exit process of employees
Additional duties as assigned

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Background with 2-4 years of Experience in IT Deskside Support and Management
IT Based Certifications preferred, and Project management experience would be an asset
Experience with Yardi 7S core, additional modules, Cafes and Elevate suite of products and/ or other Property Management technology
Strong knowledge on IT Deskside and Management activities including handling a ticket tool, MS office and other desktop related issues
Ability to trouble shoot and problem solve
Excellent communication skills and superior proactive customer service skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and communicate with our clients and diverse employees
Willingness and ability to learn new technologies
Bilingual in English and French is considered an asset
