As we continue to expand, we're seeking a meticulous and proactive Bookkeeping and Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team.
This role will be instrumental in ensuring seamless administrative operations and exceptional service delivery.Responsibilities:
- Manage invoices, expenses, and financial records related to cleaning jobs, maintaining comprehensive and uptodate records.
- Input all bookings into the company calendar with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate billing details and adherence to our scheduling process.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for both clients and cleaners, maintaining open lines of communication and promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, or requests for assistance.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and other administrative software.
- Fluent in Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
