We are looking for someone who is responsible, energetic and motivated to provide the best care to our clients from the moment they walk through the door.

We would like someone who can grow and develop with us.

Duties will include administrative tasks as well as assisting our physiotherapists when needed.

Being an amazing first contact for our patients; Greeting them when they walk through the door and answering telephone calls.
Assisting patients with insurance and paperwork
Scheduling of patient appointments and informing them of treatment plans
Process patient payments
Correspond with motor vehicle adjusters, and other insurance companies
Invoicing and billing to extended health benefit plans
Administrative support to Physiotherapists
Responsible for clinic cleaning duties
Assist Physiotherapists to implement patient treatment plans including modalities and instruction of therapeutic exercise.
