As a Warehouse Associate/Driver, you are responsible for supporting the warehouse operations, which receive, store, move and ships product to and from the warehouse.

This position carries a high degree of responsibility to ensure the delivery process is maintained and the inventory is managed with a high degree of care.

You will be accountable to load, unload, move and storing products in an efficient and safe manner. In this role, you will follow the warehouse layout, health & safety programs, and sanitation requirements.

While supporting the tasks within the warehouse, your primary functions will consist of operating multiple types of powered equipment required to unload, pick, pack or ship products at any time during your scheduled shift.


Day in the Life of a Warehouse Associate

  • While adhering to policies and procedures as well as regulatory compliance, load, unload, move, store, and pick products according to purchase orders on behalf of customers.
  • Execute warehouse standards, with a focus on accuracy, to achieve maximum productivity and limit inventory damages.
  • Primary operator of powered equipment and other machinery as required.
  • Replenish, put away, load and unload any required pallets or items required for machine operation.
  • Check accuracy of materials loaded or unloaded against information contained in work orders.
  • Perform product repacking activities where applicable.
  • Advise Supervisor of any issues that impact the production schedule and/or quality of the operation, as well as the health and safety of the employees. Reports any inventory problems or concerns immediately to the warehouse coordinator.
  • Follow security, sanitation, and general upkeep standards of the warehouse.
  • Maintain a daily material handling equipment log that reports on any required repairs or unsafe operation of any pieces of material handling equipment.
  • Ensure the safe operation of all material handling equipment within the facility.
  • Maintains a high level of communication with the warehouse supervisor
  • Maintains working knowledge of warehouse data systems and performs various tasks within the system.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements for Success

Qualifications include:


  • Warehouse experience considered an asset
  • Inventory management experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
  • Forklift certification
  • Must present a clean driver's abstract and criminal records check.

Working Environment
Position works in a warehouse environment. Physical requirements include sitting, standing, lifting, and power equipment operation. Due to the nature of our business, you may be required to work on nights, weekends and holidays.

$16.00-$17.00 per hour
