Description
Provide clerical support to projects and assignments in the company and to work closely with the management team to get tasks completed.
Areas of work might be assisting personnel in the following areas, but no limited to:- Answering phones, greeting clients
- Data entry
- Processing payments
- Various administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Graduated student that is available parttime
- Entry level experience 18 months of administrative/customer service related experience required
- Industry experience and business function knowledge required
- Fluent in English, French is considered an asset
Skills and Competencies:
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Multitasking
- Interpersonal skills
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and manage one's time
- Ability to keep information organized and confidential
- Web savvy
- Excellent attention to detail
- Responds to everyday tasks with little supervision
- Comfortable in a fastpaced environment
- Advanced user of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Photoshop an asset

Rémunération : 16,00$ à 19,00$ par heure

- Du Lundi au Vendredi
- Quart de jour
- Quart de soir
Capacité à faire le trajet ou à déménager:
- Montréal, QC: Faire le trajet sans problème ou prévoir un déménagement avant de prendre son poste (Obligatoire)
Expérience:
- administration: 2 ans (Souhaité)
