Stryker Medical Canada is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team
. As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing critical insights and empowering our Sales and Marketing leadership teams to make data-driven decisions.

_This is a hybrid-based position with the expectation to be on-site at our Waterdown, ON office at least once a week. _

What you will do:


  • Develop intuitive Power BI dashboards and resources that offer realtime visibility into sales opportunities, inventory, and market trends.
  • Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, providing actionable insights to support business decisionmaking.
  • Develop visually appealing and userfriendly Power BI dashboards that effectively present complex data in an intuitive manner.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and IT, to understand their reporting needs and deliver customized dashboards and reports.
  • Continuously monitor market data, competitor analysis, and industry trends to provide realtime updates and ensure our Sales and Marketing teams stay informed.
  • Proactively identify market opportunities and potential risks, contributing to the development of effective sales strategies.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data by implementing data validation processes and quality checks.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and maintain data hygiene standards.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership teams to understand their analytical requirements and provide timely and relevant insights.
  • Present findings, reports, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner, translating complex data into actionable insights.

What you need:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Proficiency in data extraction, manipulation, and analysis using SQL and Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools, particularly Power BI, to create impactful dashboards and reports.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Solid understanding of statistical concepts and data modeling techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to interact with crossfunctional teams.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
