Job responsibilities

  • Receive, organize, and upload documentation within established timelines.
  • Follow funding guidelines and ensure all outstanding lease/loan related information is collected
  • Accurately input and update customer information in our systems
  • Assist the account managers with required funding information
  • Escalate problems or situations to the appropriate manager for resolution
  • Process requests for copies of lease documentation, or documentation as requested by the customer
  • Using a high level of organization to keep and maintain all records and documents
  • Relay information to key external broker partners

Qualifications, knowledge and experience

  • A strong sense of integrity, professionalism and a resultsoriented attitude to continually improve processes and systems, enhance efficiency, and contribute to overall organizational success
  • Works well under pressure to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines within short time constraints
  • You are detail oriented and able to identify errors
  • Effective communication, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • You thrive in an environment that involves multitasking and changing priorities
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently with mínimal supervision
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office products
  • 1 year of experience in financial services is an asset
  • Postsecondary diploma or bachelor's degree is an asset
