    In one sentence:

    We are seeking a Testing Site Partner (TSP) who is responsible for the engagement of specific testing programs across one or more customers covering Sales and Delivery. The TSP will serve as the single point of contact, both for the customer and internally, to provide the relevant support for testing activities or for testing growth opportunities.

    What will your job look like?

    • Plans, manages, and tracks all testing services activities for one or more accounts while ensuring holistic control and balance, per the account strategy, as defined by the Customer Business Executive and Service Delivery Partner, and based on customer requirements.
    • Manages the overall testing scope and maintains its continuous alignment with strategic business objectives; sets program plan, sets priorities, ensures optimization and resolves conflicts to enhance effectiveness towards the business result or strategic intent.
    • Ensures the testing team remains effective and engaged in a matrix (including onshore and offshore resources, other vendors, customer testers, etc.), by providing ongoing guidance and mentorship, to ensure complete testing program results.
    • Manages all service aspects of the testing P&L (with a focus on cost elements), based on the account governance guidelines.
    • Builds partnerships with the CBE and SP teams to maintain holistic, end-to-end services to the customers, while building direct relationships with relevant customer stakeholders to ensure objectivity of the testing services and to promote continuous growth, while ensuring a business-as-usual approach.

    The experience you bring

    • 15+ years of experience in delivering testing services or project management execution with hands-on experience in Quality Engineering Concepts
    • 4+ years in Technical Sales (positioning offerings/tools with Customers, articulating value, and/or consulting work)
    • Experience with customer engagement, relationship building and management
    • Strong knowledge and grasp of industry tools, technology, and trends
    • Experience in managing projects in a global setup (multi-countries).
    • Experience in operating within a complex, multi-interface environment.
