High-Quality Real Estate Photo Editor Needed for Long-Term Collaboration

Job description
We are seeking a talented photo editor specializing in real estate photography.The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to enhance property images to attract potential buyers.
Responsibilities include color correction, image retouching, and creating stunning visuals that highlight property features.We prioritize quality and consistency in our projects and are looking for someone who can work with us on a long-term basis.
Reuirements- making natural looking edits with good light distribution. NOT overly flat or excessively
processed images.
- clean window and sky selections/masking when blending views and replacing sky. A
seamless looking image.
- A natural & realistic looking image. No cartoon/fake or GREY looking edits.
- can use flash for accurate colours and completely keep the natural ambient light shape.
- must be able to accurately white balance.
- Lawn replacements (nice & green grass). Fire in the fireplace(if needed).
$0.40 for HDR
$0.55 for Flambient

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
