Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together


You will support the ongoing development and sustainment of a new enterprise-wide PSO consulting practice aimed at global sales teams, recent acquisitions and various revenue teams that include core Sales Teams, Customer Success, Technical Sales, Enablement and Operations.

As TELUS continues to enter new growth markets, integrate new companies, and expand its sales footprint, you will be at the forefront to help these new channels with the same PSO best practices and rigor that exist in other parts of the organization.

You will balance these consulting efforts with managing various core programs to ensure they run optimally, deliver value, generate a strong ROI and meet the expectations of our executive stakeholders.


Here's how:


  • Design and implement the next evolution of our sales leadership development and certification program
  • Lead and manage the rollout of our mastery level sales certification program
  • Facilitate periodic sales leadership and sales executive miniworkshops to introduce or refresh important topics in support of a standard SOE
  • Adjudicate internal sales certification programs to assess sales executive proficiency
  • Liaise with industry experts and academic institutions to drive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Support TELUSwide consulting engagements to implement standard sales operating systems supported by PSO methodologies and best practices
  • Run current state assessments and conduct gap analyses to prioritize stakeholder training needs
  • Evaluate and communicate program results and their business impact to sales leadership teams in preparation for monthly and quarterly operational reviews
  • Partner with the extended PSO team and external partners (as required) to align on prioritized deliverables for implementation (e.g. Operational Reviews, KPI Definition, Funnel Health Dashboards, Certified Learning Curriculums, Sales Messaging Frameworks )
  • Develop communications and change management strategies to support business adoption
  • Collaborate with internal project managers and business unit leads to keep projects organized and on track to provide periodic updates to our leadership team
  • Support other team project streams and activities across as required

Qualifications:

  • You are passionate about sales performance, coaching, enablement, operations and have many of the following traits and experience points:
  • 6+ years of experience in either sales, customer success, enablement, consulting, or professional services
  • You are recognized for implementing prior enablement programs and enterprisewide consulting initiatives in the midmarket or enterprise segment
  • You are flexible, agile and willing to pivot as quickly as priorities evolve
  • You have a bias for action proactive, resultsdriven and strong ownership mindset
  • You are known for strong business acumen, analytical, project management, and problemsolving skills
  • You thrive in cross functional environments and have a knack for bringing groups together to achieve a common goal
