The Grants and Capacity Development Manager at the Métis Nation British Columbia (MNBC) is a key leadership role responsible for securing grants and driving capacity development initiatives within the organization.

This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication, supervisory, and relationship-building skills, as well as a strong understanding of the needs and aspirations of the Métis Nation in British Columbia.

The Grants and Capacity Development Manager will be instrumental in identifying funding opportunities, managing grant programs, implementing capacity-building strategies, and fostering collaborative partnerships to support the growth and advancement of the Métis Nation.
