Mader Group is an Australian based company with a strong Mining background in Heavy Equipment Technician and trades. We have Mining sites all over Canada.Our team is growing in Canada, and we are seeking someone with a strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience with a global business. This is an office-based role in Calgary with a Monday to Friday schedule 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 p.m.Responsibilities:
- Ability to multitask and prioritize administrative work with assign sites.
- Ability to coordinate with booking flights and logistics with new hire.
- Ordering parts, inventory and tools via Holman Fleet program and assigned programs.
- Working with Roster (Rotation) Management such as training and personal data entry.
- Managing multiple portals such as Avetta, IsNetworld, Contractor Compliance, etc.
- Understand Management of safety and able to regulate with compliance data and policy.
- Assisting with financial duties such as Accounts Reconciliation, PO creation, invoice generation.
Job Requirement(s):
- Having Holman Fleet Management experience and knowledge (Assets)
- Proven of (2) years of administrative work is required.
- Related administrative and fleet experience preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills along with team.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Oil and Gas experience /knowledge considered as an asset.
- Understanding of a fleet process.

$50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
