We are looking for a full time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are open Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 4:30. We are looking for someone that wants to be a part of a dynamic and friendly team. We are an established clinic with low staff turnover.


Our work environment includes:

  • Modern office setting

Responsibilities:


  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Submitting payments through thirdparty providers
  • Communication with ICBC and WSBC regarding patient claims
  • Maintaining clinic standards of cleanliness and organization

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
