The Position
In this exciting role with AMT/Vantage you will be responsible for Market Access related activities and supporting our Commercial Team:

  • Manage all aspects of product and equipment related requests for evaluations, demos, trade shows, sales meetings, new sale implementations, supplier rentals/returns, etc.
  • Beginning to end event planning for trade shows, National/Regional Sales Meetings, On-Site Meetings, Specialty Conferences, including equipment requests
  • Responsible for annual marketing expense forecast and tracking against budget
  • Support new product/new supplier launches, product conversions
  • Assist with written business case proposals (Long-Term Loan, Volume Purchase Agreements, Rental & Consignment Agreements,)
  • Work closely with the sales team to drive efficiencies, ensure policies are upheld, and improve business processes in order to meet growing market demands
  • Support field inventory control activities and support system management of Demo Kits
  • Maintain required documentation (i.e. supplier information, marketing material, templates, )
  • Create newsletters, themes/contests, posters/banners, product brochures/catalogues, theme videos, PowerPoint presentations
  • Create and maintain department specific SOP's
  • Other responsibilities as they arise

Requirements:

The successful individual will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree; Asset: B.Sc. or B. Comm.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite and CRM is a must
  • ERP, SharePoint, Adobe Photoshop & InDesign an asset but not required (will train))
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English applied in a business environment
  • Detail orientation with focus on accuracy, ability to research and pull together information from multiple sources
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively to optimize productivity and meet critical deadlines in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong work ethic, reliable and selfmotivated, able to work independently yet enjoys collaborating with team members and other departments

Hours and Locations:

**Training will be completed in our Kitchener office with an expectation of some days to be on-site in Kitchener until we move to our Mississauga office in early summer.

  • 8:00 am to 5:00pm (Approximate, to be determined with new location)
