Pay Rate:
$24.50/hour.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:15pm (10am-7pm hours every 3 months).

Your Responsibilities
- You'll contact customers via phone, email, and written correspondence in both Mandarin and English to collect overdue payments.
- In this role, you'll negotiate payment arrangements and resolve disputes to ensure timely payment of accounts.
- You'll maintain accurate and detailed records of all communication and payment activities in the company's systems.
- You'll work with customers to establish realistic repayment plans based on their financial situation.
- You'll monitor accounts and assess risk, identifying trends or patterns that may require escalation.
- You'll collaborate with other departments, such as Finance and Customer Service, to resolve complex account issues.
- In team meetings, you'll contribute to developing best practices for collections and customer interaction.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in collections, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Bilingual (Mandarin & English): Fluency in both languages is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Strong analytical skills to assess account situations and propose effective solutions.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Regulatory knowledge of relevant financial services regulations and best practices is an asset.
