Bayshore is looking for passionate and caring
Continuing Care Assistants to join our inclusive team. You will be creating special one-on-one moments for clients that are matched with you (your skills and availability).

We customize care plans and solutions that allow them to remain in the comfort of their own homes and continue to see a familiar face through on-going visits.

Regular work schedules and assignments

- $24.37/hour

Nature of Home Health

Hours: We have a wide variety of visits that range from a 1hour up to a 12hour visit
Clients: While we do cater to the older population, we provide service to all people in the vulnerable sector

Bedside Care
Light Housekeeping
Personal Care
Meal Preparation

Transfer

If there are mechanical lifts present, we as a company will provide training before exposure to the client

Job Qualification

Who You Are

You have a desire to help improve the lives of those in your community
You are dedicated to providing highquality care services to clients and you have knowledge of practices for community care
You have a reliable mode of transportation
You have a clear Vulnerable Sector Check or are willing to get one
You are seeking a Personal Care role, you have completed a formal, accredited caregiver training program and/or a combination of equivalent education and experience

Bayshore is committed to a high quality and safe environment for both our staff and clients/patients.

Dependent upon Provincial government regulations, and the position being applied for, new hires may be required to provide proof of vaccination against illnesses such as COVID-19, Hepatitis, Seasonal Flu etc.
