Spartan Excavation & Landscaping is a Winnipeg owned company that is expanding quickly. We provide landscaping and skid-steer services to both homeowners and contractors and pride ourselves on quality workmanship.

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys working independently and as part of a team, and can achieve goals in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Must have a Class 3 License with Airbrake endorsement.
Must know how to operate a Skid Steer and Mini Excavator.
Knowledge and experience in the field is a requirement. Some training will be provided, but basic knowledge is a must.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Transportation to/from shop or job site.
A strong work ethic and reliability.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Load, unload, and operate various equipment (dump trucks, trailers, skid steers, mini excavators, etc).
Load, unload, and transport materials (sod, soil, gravel, paving stones, etc).
Use of landscaping and construction tools to complete daily tasks.
Assist and direct in the installation of landscaping and hardscaping materials.
