**: We are currently looking for a 'Jack of all trades' for the L'AVENTURA residential building. Are you said to be a versatile person, agile with your hands and with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Able to lay floating floor
  • All other related tasks
  • Collaborate or perform any other tasks related to the maintenance department, as needed and at the request of the immediate superior
  • Do minor repairs in the apartments (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, change water heaters, etc.)
  • Inform the immediate superior of the needs for materials and products for the maintenance and upkeep of the building
  • Knowledge of plumbing and electricity
  • Make spring and winter outdoor preparations.
  • Preventive maintenance on equipment
  • Remove snow and ice from sidewalks occasionally

Construction:


  • Make service calls

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Good team player
  • A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality
  • Customer service experience an asset
  • Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
