Description
We're looking for an outgoing agent to join our expanding team You will oversee, consult with, and guide our clients through the entire home-buying process.
From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer's point of contact and ensure they have a positive experience.
Participate in open houses, arrange showings, and show homes to potential buyers.Compensation:
$70,000+
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory
- Appear at inperson or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
- Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM
Qualifications:
- Applicant must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Must have or are in the process of obtaining an Ontario real estate license
