'''Duties'''- Assess students' academic needs and develop personalized lesson plans to address their specific areas of improvement.
- Monitor student progress and provide ongoing feedback to parents or guardians regarding their child's academic performance.
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, including student attendance, progress, and any additional notes.
- Educate: Possess a strong passion for education and a desire to help students succeed academically.
- Experience with children: Previous experience working with children or adolescents in an educational setting is preferred.
- Communicate: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively explain complex concepts and provide constructive feedback.
- Classroom management: Ability to create a positive learning environment and manage student behavior during tutoring sessions.
- Tutoring: Familiarity with tutoring techniques and strategies to support student learning and promote academic growth.

$18.00-$22.00 per hour
