    Description
    We are looking for a Sales Development representative who will strive in our fast-paced startup environment. You will be working directly with our team to grow our subscriptions for Billdr PRO ), our vertical SaaS for residential & commercial general contractors. You are expected to make your own cold prospecting including curating your target list, cold calls, cold emails, etc.

    We've grown our sales team from 2 FTEs to 10 FTEs since January and plan double the size of our sales team by the end of the year.

    Billdr PRO is resonating super well with general contractors so it's time to scale and accelerate

    We are looking for teammates that aim to develop a career in B2B sales and eager to join a fast growing startup.

    Responsibilities
    Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives
    Nurture relationships with prospects to get referrals
    Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
    Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
    Qualifications
    At least 2 years of relevant work experience
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Knowledge of residential construction (an asset)
    Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral): please note that we're also hiring francophones but we require being fluent in English as well
    Excellent active listening skills, clear and concise communication
