    About the role

    We're looking for a Unit Manager, Dorval Service Centre, to join our growing team

    On-site job at our Dorval Service Centre : 2020 Transcanadienne, Suite 101, Dorval, QC, H9P 2N4.

    What you'll do here:

    • Directs and coordinates the activities of the Service Plus Centre related to the processing of claims to achieve objectives in terms of commitment, management of excess costs, efficiency, and customer service.
    • Contributes to the achievement of corporate and regional objectives by measuring team performance, ensuring quality of claims handling, level of compliance with standards, procedures, and productivity.
    • Manage the activities of his/her team by organizing, planning, and controlling the optimal use of human, financial and material resources according to the budget, while promoting teamwork and guiding their technical training.
    • Participate in the improvement of operational processes.
    • Make decisions for his/her team regarding the processing of claims and the payment of indemnities in accordance with company standards.
    • Promote the brand image and business principles to partners.
    • Staff support and coaching.
    • Day-to-day management of the Service Plus Centre.


    What you bring to the table:

    • Experience and knowledge in auto estimating.
    • Must have a claims adjuster's certificate.
    • Excellent computer skills and knowledge.
    • Have a strong sense of personal responsibility.

    • Bilingualism (French / English) – Need to interact on a regular basis with an English-speaking clientele and colleagues across the country.
