- Directs and coordinates the activities of the Service Plus Centre related to the processing of claims to achieve objectives in terms of commitment, management of excess costs, efficiency, and customer service.
- Contributes to the achievement of corporate and regional objectives by measuring team performance, ensuring quality of claims handling, level of compliance with standards, procedures, and productivity.
- Manage the activities of his/her team by organizing, planning, and controlling the optimal use of human, financial and material resources according to the budget, while promoting teamwork and guiding their technical training.
- Participate in the improvement of operational processes.
- Make decisions for his/her team regarding the processing of claims and the payment of indemnities in accordance with company standards.
- Promote the brand image and business principles to partners.
- Staff support and coaching.
- Day-to-day management of the Service Plus Centre.
- Experience and knowledge in auto estimating.
- Must have a claims adjuster's certificate.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge.
