Hickman Automotive Group is looking for a
Utility Person to join our team at
HML Gander. If you are an energetic and motivated individual who has a positive attitude, a dedication to providing exceptional customer service and a desire to succeed, we would love to have you
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting mechanics and service department.
- Performing oil changes, tire changes and rotations, and wheel alignments.
- Cleaning and detailing cars when needed.
- Responsible for general cleanliness and maintenance tasks in the shop area including sweeping and hosing down floor, and garbage removal.
- May be required to assist lot attendant with moving vehicles, snow clearing, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Some mechanical experience considered an asset.
- Must have maintained a safe driving record and valid driver's license.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing a high level of customer service.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers.
- Must be taskoriented and well organized.
- Capable of effectively managing his or her own time.
- Must be capable of working independently and comfortable in taking direction from others.
- Ability to work cooperatively as a team member.
- Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions.
