Description

The National Recruitment Coordinator will collaborate with Provincial HR, MCC Canada HR, Global Service-learning team (GSL), Communications and Development staff to develop and distribute recruitment tools, messaging, and procedures.

This position will also work to coordinate the implementation of recruitment activities within Canada from the MCC Recruitment Strategy.
This position is responsible for managing all the HR activities related to the staffing and placement of all international Young Adult Program positions (Seed, Seek, and SALT) for Canada-supervised program
In addition, it will coordinate the alumni experience and support colleagues in strategic engagement of alumni.
