Description

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal sheets according to specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders to determine machine setup and production requirements
  • Select and install appropriate tooling and dies in the press brake machine
  • Adjust machine settings to control speed, pressure, and stroke length
  • Monitor machine operation to ensure quality of finished products
  • Perform quality inspections on completed parts to ensure they meet specifications
  • Make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

  • Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
  • Experience with laser cutting machines is a plus
  • Ability to perform quality inspections using various measuring tools
  • Basic welding skills are preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with machining processes such as milling is a plus
  • Proficient in basic math skills for measurements and calculations
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
  • Forklift experience is a plus
  • Ability to assemble components as needed

Salary:
$20.00-$30.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
