Assistant Grocery Leader
Assistant Meat Leader
Assistant Dairy Leader
Assistant Bakery Leader
Assistant Front End Leader

Role Overview:
Assistant Department Leaders

Expert in the company vision, mission, and core values
Bring a positive attitude every day
Work collaboratively with others within the store to achieve working relationships
Establishes high standards and takes personal responsibility for the quality, accuracy and timeliness of work
Creating and maintaining a great customer experience
Ensure food safety and quality control of all products at all times
Supporting the manager with inventory, waste control/management
Ensure health and safety standards are executed
Organizing special promotions, displays and events

Street Credentials:

1+ years of Leadership experience in grocery or retailrelated field
Loves working in a clean and wellmaintained workplace environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work well with others in a highpressure environment
Must have valid work authorization in Canada
Must be available to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings
Physical Requirements are required as a Leader in Fresh St. Market
