Description

We are seeking a dedicated Cardiac Sonographer to join our team at 360 Cardiology & Diagnostic Centre

Hours:
Friday: 9 am - 5pm

Requirements:

Registration with CMRITO
Current membership with Sonography Canada or ARDMS with valid credentials
I.V. certification is considered an asset
Relevant experience in adult cardiac sonography/echocardiography
Ability to work independently
Must be located in Ontario; international applicants will not be considered
Graduate of an accredited training program in cardiac sonography
Fulltime/parttime availability
Wage based on skills and experience, ranging from $40$50 per hour

Responsibilities:

Perform adult echocardiography, with experience in contrast echo and IV certification considered an asset
Work independently and in collaboration with the Medical Director
Follow complete protocol as per Cardiac Care Network requirements for performing adult sonography
Perform full protocol resting echoes and stress echoes
Prepare accurate reports for physician interpretation
Demonstrate effective communication (written and verbal), organization, and interpersonal skills
Exhibit strong problemsolving skills, critical thinking, and ability to prioritize in a fastpaced clinical environment
Display exceptional bedside manners and respect for patient requests and privacy
Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office
Accept assigned or delegated functions
