Job Summary:

Acts as a sales & marketing partner in the assigned area, tasked with trade development, promo execution and competitor monitoring all tied in the per area sales target achievement.

Responsible for sales targets, merchandising, market intelligence and execution of national and regional promotions.


Job Specification:


Education:

• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising

Working Experience:

• 3 years in Marketing strategy and brand management

Competencies/Skills:

• Adequate knowledge of marketing strategies, concepts and practices
• Strong project management skills and performance measurement skills
• Ability to develop strong relationships with middle management and regional directors
• Exceptional written and verbal skills
• Ability to compile and analyze the performance data to develop metrics that support decision making for resource allocation
• Solid business acumen, management and problemsolving skills
• Shows strong potential leadership skills
