    • We are looking for a Supply Chain/Operations Intern based in Montreal, Quebec . This internship will run from May 20, August 2, 2024 and is open to Undergrad and Grad students.

    GENERAL SUMMARY:

  • Support installation, launch and development of new Laser Tube Welder.
  • Develop/support design efficiency tools and methods for manufacturing using laser tube design tool-set (ArTube, etc), with a primary focus on vertical integration opportunities and Gordie Howe Under Bridge Maintenance Gantry (UBMG) cost reduction and efficiency actions.

    • What You Need To Succeed:

  • Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a Masters or Under grad degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Ability to participate in a full time internship between May 20, August 2, 2024.
  • Engineering background (industrial/mechanical)
  • Mechanical design background
  • Software tools/modeling
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Bi-lingual French/English
  • Experience in manufacturing and fabrication design requirements
