Position Summary

The CIMCO Net Zero team is seeking to hire a Project Coordinator who will be in charge of assisting CIMCO in organizing our ongoing Net Zero Sustainability projects within our municipal and industrial markets.

The Net Zero team is a fast-paced dynamic group that is passionate about the environment and helping our customers reach their Net Zero objectives.

Role Responsibilities

  • Ensuring team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables
  • Ensuring documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project
  • Communicating plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders
  • Solving any issues that may arise during the project
  • Managing and building relationships with multiple teams
  • Assisting the Business Development Manager with administrative functions and processes
  • Managing daytoday activities for the Net Zero team
  • Analyzing project data and producing progress reports
  • Provide administrative support as needed
  • Participate in strategic planning and development of Net Zero initiatives
Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in managing Environmental projects
  • A degree from a recognized postsecondary institution with specialization in planning, environmental planning, environmental science, geography or another related discipline
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Problem solving
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and timelines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organize priorities based on deadlines
