Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

This position will involve preparing inspection packages as part of prejob planning activities; final reports, report preparation.
Maintenance and closing duties including preparing quotes, cost summaries, invoices, etc.
Accurate data entry of inspection field reports
Data entry and administrative tasks as needed
Recognize, identify and investigate data issues
Adheres to quality standards and ensures accuracy of work
Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, and related data to assess factors affecting the structure of piping and vessels, and the procedures and instructions to be followed.
Working from sketches, notes and other input materials, develop detailed AutoCAD drawings.
Review of contract documents with team members and checking of drawings for accuracy and coordination
Perform other jobrelated tasks as assigned by management

Position Requirements

Minimum 3 years' related work experience, preferably in a consulting engineering company
Proficient MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
Experience with Visions database and MS Access will be considered as an asset
Knowledge of API codes and other related NDT principles an asset
