    ABOUT OUR CLIENT
    Our client is a family owned and operated roofing contractor that has been serving the Ontario market for over 60 years. They have built a strong reputation and successful team of dedicated staff to serve all their large-scale commercial and industrial roofing projects. They deliver top quality and exceptional service. With their company growing they are searching for a Roofing Estimator to join their Burlington office. Within this role you will be dealing with new construction, re-roofing and service.

    ABOUT THE ROLE
    Reporting to the Estimating Manager, the Roofing Estimator will be responsible for providing administrative support and technical management for projects. Working closely with the Estimating Manger the Estimator will attend new construction, service and re-roofing site meetings and build relationships with clients. The Estimator will also ensure the plans and specifications all align and the projects are operating smoothly.

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
    We are searching for a candidate with 2+ years of experience working as a Roofing Estimator. Experience utilizing Plan swift and Excel is preferred. An ideal candidate will have strong work ethics and be extremely ambitious. This role is for a professional who wants to grow within a company and develop their career within estimating.

    This candidate will have the following qualifications/skillset:
    • Certificate or Diploma in Construction management or relevant field.
    • 3+ years Roofing Estimating experience.
    • Plan swift and Excel experience preferred (tech savvy).
    • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships throughout multiple projects.
    • Ambitious and goal driven.
    • Detail-oriented and excellent communication.
