We are looking for a Property Maintenance Worker at our Grey-Bruce location.

Property Maintenance Worker

We're looking for a Property Maintenance Worker to work at our Grey-Bruce location.

In this role, you'll be maintaining our pits/quarries lawn maintenance, painting and other jobs as required.

The ideal candidate will come with some experience in this role; we require that applicants have their high school diploma or equivalent by experience.

Qualifications:

• Handyman skills
• Operation of small power tools
• Some experience with riding lawn mowers
• Chainsaw qualifications
• Valid Ontario Driver's Licence required

Some equipment operation experience is ideal, strong mechanical aptitude, and common core safety training. The best people in this job are smart, keep themselves organized, and take special care to do a good job. They are good teammates, don't mind getting a bit dirty on an outdoor job, and always work in the safest manner possible.

This is not a job for someone who is afraid of the weather, or getting dirty – any experience in agriculture, construction, or outdoor labour will prepare you well for this role. We will provide all necessary training and safety equipment, and for the right person, plenty of opportunity for career growth and movement within the company.
